After I originally left a comment I seem to have clicked the -Notify me
when new comments are added- checkbox and now whenever a comment is added I get four
emails with the exact same comment. There has to be a way you are able to remove me from that service?

your mind before writing. I have had difficulty clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out there.
I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15
minutes are wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any
